Delegates, these are reports from conference-related and denomination-related ministries. You may print these if you’d like, but you will not necessarily need to refer to them during delegate sessions, so printing is not required. (posted October 5, 2011)
Worship on Friday evening and Saturday will be led by a multi-lingual worship team from both Eastern District and Franconia conferences. We encourage you to invite other members of your congregation to attend the Friday evening worship service and to spend some time familiarizing yourself and your congregation with some of the music you will sing there. - Assembly Schedule of Events
- Children’s Ministry: As a service to delegate families, children’s activities will be offered for children ages 3 – 8. Child care will be available Friday evening 6:45 – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.. Registration before assembly is required. Please bring a bag lunch for your child if they will be attending all day Saturday. In order to make accommodations for your child, please email office@franconiaconference.org by November 3 with your name and the names and ages of the children requiring care. Space is limited so email today!
