You are invited to the Perkasie Patchwork Coffeehouse on April 16, when John Kirk and Trish Miller will perform their love of traditional tunes and witty songs with brilliant arrangements of fiddle, guitar, banjo, mandolin and warm clear vocals. The Mennonite Heritage Center is sponsoring a bus tour to explore Berks County on Wednesday, April 27. Enjoy the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, a driving tour of barns painted with hex signs, PA Dutch buffet lunch and a program at Hawk Mountain. Tour cost is $87 ($82 for members). Come out to Bally Mennonite Church on Saturday May 14 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (rain or shine) for a Yard Sale, Preschool Community Day, Bake Sale & much more! There will be a wide variety of furniture, household and kitchen items, books, clothing and much more for sale, plus food, drinks and baked goods, children’s games and crafts and the opportunity to tour the preschool. Bally Mennonite Church will be serving a pancake breakfast (including pancakes, French toast, sausage, scrapple, OJ, tea & coffee) on Saturday, May 21 from 7:00 to 11:00 am.  The cost is a donation and proceeds will provide funds for Bally Community Preschool  and Shattered Studios, a local ministry that works with youth, through the arts. For more information check out www.ballymc.org.
